By accessing or placing an order through APEXTRAJECTORY MODEL AEROSPACE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and orders ship once payment is confirmed.
Orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same business day from our Huntsville fulfillment center. Delivery timeframes vary by carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
Unused, unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Motors and consumable propellant products are non-returnable once shipped, in accordance with hazardous materials shipping regulations.
Model rocket motors and high-power components sold through this site are intended for use in accordance with applicable National Association of Rocketry safety codes and local regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws governing rocket motor purchase, storage, and launch in their jurisdiction.

APEXTRAJECTORY MODEL AEROSPACE is not liable for damages arising from misuse of products sold on this site, including improper motor handling or unsafe launch practices. Products should be used only as intended and in accordance with included instructions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
